Functional duties:

  • Prompt meeting the company’s needs for procurement of spare parts in the domestic and foreign markets
  • Deep analysis and planning of the needs for spare parts, as well as ensuring their purchase to create a regular stock
  • Development of business relations with existing supplier partners, as well as active search and engaging new suppliers for work
  • Processing of requests for purchase of spare parts coming from adjacent departments
  • Assistance and help (if necessary) in the work of the FEA - Logistics Manager

Requirements :

  • Work experience in a similar position from 2 years
  • Skills of deep inventory analytics, planning, forecasting, multitasking and procurement in the domestic and foreign markets
  • Knowledge of English at the intermediate level
  • Experience in work with primary documentation (invoices, certificates, delivery notes etc.) is desirable
  • Personal qualities - responsibility, sociability, diligence, initiative.
